An external search for JTL-Shop 5. It replaces the built-in search of your shop: your products are indexed on our servers in Germany, and the plugin shows the results in your shop – typo-tolerant, with suggestions while typing and filters.
JTL-Shop 5 only. Other shop systems are not planned.
From €15 a month plus VAT, no minimum term. The plan depends only on the number of products in the search index – every variation combination and every language counts separately. Every plan includes every feature, and there is no charge per search. See all plans.
Yes, one month with the full feature set. Nothing renews automatically: at the end of the trial we ask whether you want to keep the search. No payment details needed.
Yes. Every shop language gets its own index and is searched with the rules of that language, so "shoe" also finds "shoes". The frontend of the plugin is available in German, English, French, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.
No. The search admin, the emails and the invoices are in German. We answer questions in English by email – just write to info@bm-suche.de.
All search servers are located in Germany. Session IDs are only sent as a pseudonym, and on request the searches are routed through your shop, so the visitor's IP address never reaches our servers.
By default every 90 seconds: the search servers fetch the changes from your shop on their own. Special prices start and end on the exact day, without a full indexing run.
Yes. In the classic layout the search takes on the look of your shop – NOVA, Snackys, admorris, EasyTemplate360 and many more. Our own layout, BMS-modern, works the same with every template.
Yes, free of charge: a second shop for testing, staging or development gets a free licence. Just let us know.
Yes. Enter the further domains as an alias in the search admin; all of them use the same search index, without a second licence.
There is no notice period – a short message is enough, effective at the end of the current billing period. The search index of your shop is deleted after a transition period, or immediately on request.

Your shop keeps working – categories, product pages, cart and checkout have nothing to do with our servers. If the search server does not answer, the plugin retries silently; if that fails too, you decide what visitors see.
